Delete a meeting

In Instill Lens, open the meeting and choose Delete. This removes the meeting record and its user-scoped audio object. Deletion cannot be undone. Limited encrypted backups age out under the retention process described in the Privacy Notice.

Delete your account

Use Delete account in the authenticated product. The request returns either accepted while safe deletion is queued or completed for synchronous environments. Completion removes the Amazon Cognito identity, S3 recordings and enrollment audio, voiceprints, transcripts, meeting analyses, memberships, and related database records.

If you cannot sign in, send a request from the email address associated with the account. We will verify identity before deletion.

Voiceprint choice

Voice enrollment is used to identify your own speaker track in meetings. You may request deletion of the enrollment audio and mathematical voiceprint. Removing it may disable personal speaker matching; existing transcripts and analyses remain until separately deleted.

Access, correct, or export

Depending on your location, you may request a copy of personal information, correct account details, ask for a portable export, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, or appeal a denied request. We may ask for information needed to verify the account and protect other meeting participants.

Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising

Instill Lens does not sell recordings, voiceprints, transcripts, or analysis data, and does not use them for cross-context behavioral advertising. If these practices change, this page will provide any legally required opt-out mechanism before the change applies.
